Claustrapanel

Our Claustrapanels panels - commonly known as sandwich panels - are widely used on roofs such as roof panels and exterior walls and facades of industrial or commercial steel buildings and also in offices and public facilities. They can also be applied in more technical environments such as central HVAC equipment, central compressors, generator rooms, mills, refrigerators or refrigerators, or in environments with high levels of dampness.

They are built in Portugal according to the factory regulation with the thickness of 50 mm, 80 mm, 100 mm and 120 mm.

Its insulation performance is so great that these panels - comprised of a rock wool core - are also used in the acoustic and fire-resistance applications of these same buildings.

This panel consists of an insulating core glued by two outer lacquered sheets - one smooth with grooves, the other of a perforated plate with a perforation rate of 32% - all linked together with a specialized adhesive.

Our Claustrapanels are manufactured with a special protective film, directly applied on the surface of the stone wool, so that it does not wet when exposed to the water projection.

Because they are prefabricated in our factories, they can be used successfully in fast-running projects.
